I walked by this newspaper box the other day and couldn’t help but notice the accidental irony here. It is a newspaper box for an animal rights publication, and the main image being used to depict this is an animal (ape?)’s hand behind bars. But then right above it in large letters, is the word, “free.” The word. “free” is referring to the cost of the paper, and doesn’t have anything to do with the material available, but it does make for an amusing pairing above this photo of someone/something behind bars. Not quite the same meaning, but it looks like it could be deceiving.
